| About the Authors | Dr. Dilkeshwar Prasad is a geographer, researcher, and teacher with strong knowledge of geoinformatics, environmental studies, and urban geography. He earned his Ph.D. in Geography from Ranchi University, where his research focused on urbanization in Medininagar. He also holds postgraduate degrees in Geography, Education, and Journalism & Mass Communication, along with a B.Ed. degree. He is UGC NET qualified in Geography and has cleared several national and state-level teaching examinations. Dr. Prasad has more than nine years of teaching and research experience and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Radha Govind University, Ramgarh. His research interests include remote sensing, GIS, climate change, wind energy potential, and sustainable urban development. He is a life member of professional organizations such as the Indian National Cartography Association (INCA), the National Association of Geographers, India (NAGI), and the Association of Geographers Bihar & Jharkhand (AGBJ). Dr. Prasad has published several books and research papers in reputed national and international journals. He also serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for many national and international research journals in social sciences and humanities.
