About the Authors Dr. Pinky Prasad, Head, Department of Botany, Patna Women's College (Autonomous), Patna University, Patna has graduated from Jamshedpur Women's College, Ranchi University. She has completed her Ph.D. in 2008 from Patna University, Patna. She has been heading the Department since 2016. She has completed a major Project under Women Scientist Scheme of DST and has been awarded "Institutional Researcher" of the Year 2014-2015 by Patna Women's College. She has published several Research papers in International and National Journals. She has supervised many undergraduates in their research projects under CPE, BSR and DBT schemes. Ms. Jaya Philip, Coordinator Department of Industrial Microbiology, Patna Women's College (Autonomous), Patna University, Patna is a Gold Medalist in Graduation and a Merit Holder in Post Graduation from SHIATS, Allahabad. She has been heading the Department since 2016. She has many publications in International and National Journals to her credit. She has supervised many undergraduates in their research projects under CPE, BSR and DBT schemes.
