About the Authors

Alok John an educator, management expert and an academic leader currently serves as the Dean of National, International Collaborations and Consultancy Services and the Director of Mother Veronica Excellence and Innovation Centre at Patna Women’s College (Autonomous). Prior to this, he has served reputed organizations like Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) Bodhgaya & Calcutta and Aditya Birla Group’s Hindalco Industries Ltd. He is an alumni of prestigious St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous) Kolkata & XIDAS Jabalpur. He has also undergone courses in Management of Self in Organisations and Management of Creativity and Innovation at IIM Calcutta. He has been awarded NET Certifications both in Management and HRM/PMIR by the University Grants Commission. He is the recipient of the Most Iconic Educational Leader Award by Times Ascent and the World HRD Congress, Mumbai. The Management and Governing Body of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) has awarded him with the Institutional Leadership Award for his unprecedented efforts in inculcating the spirit of Entrepreneurship and Innovation among the young minds in the promotion of several creative startup ventures. 

Under his able leadership, Patna Women’s College has gained remarkable achievements in establishing Academic Collaborations with reputed Institutions of India and successfully established linkages with notable Government agencies and Industries. In recognition of his unmatched services as the Dean  National, International Collaborations and Consultancy Services (NICCS), he was awarded with the Outstanding Performance Award by the Management of Patna Women’s College.

Nusrath Sohail has done her masters in Marketing and Human Resource. She is pursuing her Ph. D. in Human Resource. She has twelve years of teaching experience in the field of management. At present she is Head of Department of Advertising and Marketing Management, Patna Women’s College. She has been twicely awarded by the institution, in 2015 for the ‘Most Exemplary Teacher’, and in 2022 for most ‘Enterprising Skilled Teacher.’

Dr. Shazia Rahman has done her masters in marketing, personnel management and industrial relations. She is associated with Patna Women’s College since 2008. She has fifteen years of teaching experience in the field of management. She was Head of Department of Advertising and Marketing Management, Patna Women’s College for five years. She has completed her doctoral programme from Magadh University in Labour Welfare. She has been awarded as ‘Most Exemplary Teacher’ in 2015 by the institution.
