About the Authors Dr. Sanjeev Kumar received his Ph.D. in 2016 from Patna University, under the guidance of eminent geographer Prof. S. Adhikari (Ex. V.C Patna University). Dr. Kumar, is presently engaged as an Assistant Professor, Dept. of Geography, Raiganj University, W.B. Dr. Kumar's expertise is in studying the lived experiences of humans as they interact and negotiate with the forces that creates and sustains 'Spaces'. Within the disciplinary boundaries of Geography, this interest is expressed in terms of Dr. Kumar's interest in identity formation and mobilization across the different aspects of human communities namely urban, environmental, political and the idea of welfare. Some of the ongoing works of Dr. Kumar includes studying the impact of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan on the issues of women security; problems and perspectives of the primitive Birhors'; and the idea of Transnationalism as expressed by the Indian Diaspora.
