Pursuing a PhD from the Department of Geography, Dibrugarh University, Assam, India. He has worked as an Editor in three volumes of the Progressive India Series in the national publishing house, as a book author of Geomorphology in the national publishing house and Biosphere and Tiger Reserves in the North-East India in the international publishing house, published research papers in Web of Science, Scopus, UGC Care-listed journals and presented papers in National and International seminars and Conferences. He has contributed book chapters to Scopus-indexed books and other National and international publishing houses, and presented research papers at International and National Conferences and Seminars. His research work focuses on Ethno-medicine, Rural Development, Social Geography, Cultural Geography, Floodplains, Land Use Land Cover and Geomorphology. Dr. Chandra Kumar Dutta, Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, Faculty of Earth Sciences and Energy, Dibrugarh University, Assam, India, where he has been serving since 2021. He began his teaching career in 2010 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Bordoloni Central College, Dhemaji, Assam, gaining over a decade of academic experience in teaching and research. Dr. Dutta was awarded his Ph.D. in Geography in 2021 from the Department of Geography, School of Sciences, Nagaland University. His academic career is closely integrated with active research engagement. He has edited four books and contributed two book chapters in Scopus-indexed books, along with six research papers published in Scopus-indexed journals. His primary research interests include geomorphology, environmental geomorphology, land use and land cover change, spatial geography, and river dynamics, with a particular emphasis on riverine landscapes and floodplain processes. Dr. Preeti Barsha Borah is an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor in the Department of Geography at Dibrugarh University, Assam, India. She specializes in Regional Planning with research interests in land use change, disaster risk assessment, environmental management, and socio-economic development in North-East India. Dr. Borah has published several research papers and book chapters in reputed national and international journals and has edited multiple academic books. She is actively engaged in geospatial research, teaching, and interdisciplinary studies related to sustainable regional development. Mrs. Roopjyoti Hazarika, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College, Nagaon, Assam. Her research interests include glaciological studies, urban studies and waste management. She has published several research papers listed in Web of Science, Scopus and UGC listed journals, including book chapters in edited books. Dr. Heena Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College, Nagaon, Assam. She holds a Ph.D. from Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. Her academic work focuses on themes related to social transformation, health, education and cultural change, particularly among marginalized and tribal communities.
